Creative Graduate Program

Launch your career with spark!

  • Location – Darlinghurst, The Distillery creative studio
  • Position Type – Full-time Graduate Role

At Rockstar Memoirs, we specialise in designing creative, high-end school yearbooks. We don’t just assemble the pages; we craft inspiring, meaningful keepsakes that are cherished for life.

We are seeking publication and print-obsessed designers to join our studio through our immersive Creative Graduate Program. If you live for great typography, tactile print finishes, and inspiring layouts, we want to hear from you.

About the Program

This program offers early-career designers and recent graduates a rare opportunity to bridge the gap between theory and industry, developing your creative and commercial fundamentals in print and design.

We don’t just want to hire a pixel-pusher. Our goal is to nurture self-assured juniors into industry-leading creative professionals.

What You’ll Do

More than just a designer, a true creative professional leverages a mix of artistry and business acumen to create real value. Moving past the design tools, you will learn to:

  • Generate Ideas & Solutions – Craft commercial design and process solutions that solve real-world problems.
  • Become an InDesign Expert – Elevate your skills to an elite studio standard, learning advanced workflows that blend creative layout design with commercial speed.
  • Collaborate with Clients – Speak directly with clients to understand their vision and pitch design concepts
  • Manage the Business Side – Learn the nuts and bolts of project management, stakeholder communication, and budgeting (yes, even crunching the numbers with confidence!).
  • Drive Efficiency – Take ownership of your workflow in a fast-paced, highly supportive studio environment.

Become a print and publications designer, supercharged with project management powers!
