Tehehehehe… Rock Band has arrived!

We’re really into our computer games here at Rockstar. We have many excuses, perfectly valid reasons to play:

and now…. ROCK BAND!!!

For those completely unaware: You know when you’re walking in the city down George Street, (or Collins St for those of us in the better city), and you see those kids playing Dance Dance Revolution in the arcade…

Well, Guitar Hero is a similar game, where you hold a fake plastic guitar, and press the coloured notes at the correct time. If you’re into your music, it’s absolutely AWESOME!

Fast-forward a little further, Rock Band was released in November in the States. Created by the original developers of the Guitar Hero games, Rock Band adds drums + vocals to the gameplay! (Hello I’m in Heaven!)…

Now, because EA Australia are completely useless, they’re not going to release Rock Band in Australia until probably 2009!!!!

Because we were so damn desparate to get it, we imported Rock Band from the states via eBay. And yesterday… IT ARRIVED!!!

If you’re in Sydney, please drop into our studio and play us. (and make up some excuse about yearbooks)… any excuse to play will do!

John Martz had a bit of time on his hands, and decided to redraw his mother’s 1968 yearbook.
